  1. Nearest Airport – Nice, for schedule airlines, Cannes la Bocca for smaller private planes.
  2. Taxi cost from Nice Airport - approximately €75
  3. Bus €15 8am – 8pm every 30 mins, takes 40 mins
  4. Train to the centre of Cannes (up to a maximum 15minute walk from Apartments) TGV from Paris is 5 hrs. A Taxi from the station can cost between 5 and 10 euros
  5. How do I get the keys? – Someone will meet you at the airport, or at the property, or they will be available in the building such as with the concierge, this will be notified to you prior to arrival, you can contact us at anytime – we’ll give you our mobile number whilst you are visiting Cannes so any problems can be dealt with quickly.
  6. How do I pay? – 30% Deposit on reservation to secure the booking. Payable by Bank Transfer, payable to our French Bank account or a UK Cheque , but regrettably this has to be subject to extra charges, details upon request.
  7. When is the balance due? – Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure
  8. What if I break something? - A Refundable deposit of €1,000 is requested to cover any breakages, please leave us a note of the breakage to assist us in speedily checking the apartment after your departure, which in turn will help us to return your deposit as quickly as possible. We endeavour to return the refundable deposit within 3 weeks of your departure.
  9. Bedding and Towels are provided. Beds have two pillows a fitted sheet, with a duvet and cover. One large towel and one hand towel per person, together with a bath mat for each bath or shower.
  10. A Welcome pack is provided
  11. A Maid service can be provided at extra cost
  12. Champagne and Flowers can also be provided at extra cost
  13. Meet and greet with transport from Nice airport at extra cost
